American Medical Associates - An elegant skilled nursing facility located in Croton-On-Hudson, NY is looking for a professional Assistant Director of Nursing.
Salary:
Up to $130K per year - Based On Experience Responsibilities of the Wound Care Nurse:
Works in conjunction with the DNS in supervising the restorative nursing, and wound care programs.
Monitor and assess any new skin observation alerts.
Develop nursing care plans for resident at risk or currently with skin integrity issues, include treatment protocolsProvide resident and staff education.
Work collaboratively with Physical therapy and nursing staff to maintaining nursing rehabilitation programsRequirements of the Wound Care Nurse:
Must have current New York RN LicenseMust have wound care experience Must have experience in Long Term CareStrong written and verbal communication skills#5810 Recommended Skills Communication Dns Long Term Care Nursing Physical Therapy Wound Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
