This position will be responsible for:
Being a first point of contact for the agency Handling Inbound and outbound calls Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Assisting in office organization Listening and resolving routine issues Responding to basic billing and payment processing inquires and completing required reports and documentations Running Carrier Reports Processing Certificates of Insurance Follow up with customers and carriers for various documents Other duties assigned Requirements:
Possess a genuine willingness to lean, be intuitive and resourceful Knowledge of basic office equipment Must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude Be able to provide excellent customer service Computer Literate Microsoft Office:
Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up Exceptional communication skills This position has potential for growth.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
