- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to sell products and services effectively.
- Knowledge of technology sales, including wireless devices, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
