The Graphic Designer will create video and design content in support of our marketing efforts.
This role will have full control over the creation of visually compelling designs and engaging video content that effectively communicates, enhances brand identities, and captures the attention of the target audience.
The graphic designer will collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums.
An ideal candidate will be one with knowledge of the latest designs and software, a team player, and an excellent communicator who would be able to take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs that connect.
The graphic designer will also have cross-departmental projects to create video and graphic design materials for trainings, documentation, and webinars.

- core responsibilities / day to day activities / include % of travel, if required) Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces our reputation, and is appropriate for various audiences Design and layout of materials for internal and external communications Create infographics and presentation materials, and develop these materials into animated videos Edit video clips for use on social media platforms Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various endeavors, events, training videos, etc.
Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction Create, record, and edit video content for internal trainings, external communications, and social media with voiceovers, live recordings, and design elements Other duties as assigned Skills/Competencies (i.

years software development, 3 years sales in a technology environment, etc.
) Minimum 3 years related professional experience Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images Solid verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop) as well as MarTech programs such as Canva and Creatopy (or similar) Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing Experience in payments technology a plus Bilingual Spanish/English a plus Education Requirements (include certifications, courses, etc.
