As a receptionist you are responsible for providing a full range of tasks in an interdisciplinary environment including:
Operate phone systems to answer, screen and forward calls Greet persons entering the facility, determine the nature of the visit and direct accordingly Prepare letters, memos, minutes, notices etc.
Prepares and ships mail Keeps office area clean SATURDAY-SUNDAY 1PM-7PM & ALL HOLIDAYS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
