Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering the phones Scheduling patient appointments Ordering supplies Verifying insurance benefits Performing and managing insurance authorizations Assisting the billing department with various duties Managing and tracking various company spreadsheets/reports
Qualifications:
Effective communication skills Knowledge of CPTs & ICD-10 coding Computer proficiency (Windows Operating System) Highly organized and skilled Efficient and self-directed Willing and able to address issues and follow through Flexible with changing roles and tasks on a daily basis Ability to multi-task in a busy fast-paced environment Able to smoothly schedule patients into a Physical Therapists' busy calendar Work Remotely No Job Type:
