Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding our beverages and food items.
Beverage Preparation and Service:
Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to our exacting standards.
Consistently achieve high-quality results in every cup, showcasing your expertise.
Equipment Maintenance:
Clean and maintain all equipment, including espresso machines, coffee brewers, and other tools, on a daily basis.
Follow established procedures for equipment upkeep to ensure optimal functionality.
Task Management:
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Adapt to changing work demands while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
Espresso Machinery Operation:
Operate espresso machinery with precision, ensuring the correct calibration and extraction of coffee.
Uphold the precise standards of espresso preparation, including milk texturing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
